Nigel and Ruby Persaud

Nigel was born deaf in Guyana, while Ruby was born hearing in Peru.  Both got married in 1999 and have one hearing son.  Currently, Nigel is working at his own business as Computer Graphic Designer and Ruby has her own business powered by Quixtar.
